PETZL AVAO® SIT FAST Harness

The PETZL AVAO® SIT FAST Harness is engineered for professionals performing rope access, industrial maintenance, inspection, and work positioning tasks. Its ergonomic design focuses on comfort and stability during prolonged suspension while maintaining the versatility required for vertical work environments.

The harness features a semi-rigid waistbelt and padded leg loops with contoured foam, ensuring optimal load distribution and reducing pressure during long work periods. Breathable materials improve airflow while maintaining durability in demanding industrial conditions.

The FAST LT buckles on the leg loops allow quick fastening and removal without losing adjustment, even when wearing gloves. The waistbelt uses self-locking DOUBLEBACK buckles, ensuring precise and secure fitting during work.

This sit harness includes multiple attachment points to integrate with descenders, positioning lanyards, work seats, and restraint systems. It can also be converted into a complete fall-arrest harness by attaching a compatible chest harness such as TOP or TOP CROLL, creating a modular rope access system.

The waistbelt features equipment loops and tool holder slots, allowing technicians to efficiently organize tools and accessories during operations at height.
