Sales & Business Development Executive
Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh (with field travel) Experience: 2 to 5 years Type: Full time
About the Role
As a Sales and Business Development Executive at Sahas.com, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with B2B customers across India's industrial safety and adventure equipment markets. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our growth strategy — you will be building the commercial relationships that bring in the construction companies, EPC contractors, telecom operators, industrial facilities, government departments, and adventure park operators that form the backbone of our institutional customer base.
This is not a passive order-taking role. We are looking for a hunter who identifies opportunities, builds trust through expertise, and closes deals by genuinely solving customer problems with the right products.
What You Will Do
Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across target sectors including construction, infrastructure, oil and gas, telecom, manufacturing, government, and adventure and recreation. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of institutional customers through cold outreach, referrals, industry networking, and site visits. Conduct customer needs assessments to understand their specific fall protection, safety compliance, and adventure equipment requirements and recommend appropriate solutions from the Sahas.com range. Prepare formal technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations for institutional clients. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery arrangements within company guidelines to close orders profitably. Develop long-term relationships with key accounts, becoming their trusted safety equipment advisor for repeat business and growing order volumes over time. Attend industry events, safety exhibitions, and trade fairs to represent Sahas.com and generate new leads. Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth order fulfillment, on-time delivery, and high customer satisfaction on every institutional order. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions and report weekly to management.
What We Are Looking For
Experience in B2B sales in the industrial safety, PPE, construction materials, engineering products, or adventure equipment sector is strongly preferred. Proven track record of developing new accounts and growing revenue from a defined customer base. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Hindi and English — the ability to speak credibly about technical products to safety officers, procurement managers, and senior executives. Field sales experience with comfort in visiting customer sites, attending site safety meetings, and building relationships in the field. Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to manage your own pipeline and schedule independently. Willingness to travel within your defined territory and occasionally across India for key account development. Genuine interest in safety equipment, industrial safety compliance, or adventure sports is a significant advantage — customers trust sales professionals who clearly know and believe in what they are selling.
Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh (on-site) Experience: 1 to 3 years Type: Full time
About the Role
As Digital Marketing Executive you will be responsible for building and growing Sahas.com's online visibility, brand presence, and digital sales across both the industrial safety and adventure equipment segments. This is a hands-on, results-oriented role combining social media management, performance marketing, SEO, and content creation for a specialist product category that rewards genuine expertise and creative thinking.
Safety equipment and adventure gear are not generic consumer products — the customers who buy them are knowledgeable, research-driven, and highly discerning. Our digital marketing must reflect the expertise and authenticity of our brand to earn their trust and their business online.
What You Will Do
Manage and grow Sahas.com's social media presence across relevant platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, creating and scheduling content that builds brand awareness and drives traffic among both industrial safety professionals and the Indian adventure sports and outdoor community. Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for key product categories including safety harnesses, ropes, connectors, helmets, auto-belay systems, and adventure equipment, targeting both B2B and B2C audiences effectively. Develop and implement an SEO strategy for Sahas.com covering keyword research, on-page optimization, product description writing, FAQ content, blog content, and link-building activities targeting high-value search terms in the Indian safety and adventure equipment market. Manage product listings and content on the Sahas.com PrestaShop platform, ensuring all pages are optimized for both search visibility and conversion. Create compelling visual content including product photographs, infographics, safety awareness posts, brand content, and video content for social media and the website. Monitor and analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and social media metrics using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and platform-native analytics tools, reporting results and insights to management regularly. Research competitor digital marketing activity, industry trends, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for Sahas.com's digital growth.
What We Are Looking For
Practical experience managing social media accounts for a business with measurable results in follower growth, engagement, and traffic. Hands-on experience running and optimizing Google Ads campaigns — experience with Shopping Ads for e-commerce products is a strong advantage. Understanding of SEO principles and practical experience with keyword research, on-page optimization, and content writing for search in competitive product categories. Ability to create engaging written content in English and Hindi for both technical professional audiences and consumer adventure sports audiences — the ability to switch tone effectively between these two audiences is important. Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar for social media content creation. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms — PrestaShop, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar — for product listing management and content updates. Genuine interest in industrial safety, adventure sports, or outdoor activities — the best content about safety equipment and adventure gear comes from people who genuinely care about the subject. A data-driven mindset with the discipline to measure, analyze, and optimize campaigns based on performance data rather than intuition alone.
What Understanding of Industrial Product Marketing Gives You
Marketing technical safety equipment to B2B buyers requires a different approach from consumer marketing. Candidates who understand how industrial procurement decisions are made, what matters to safety officers and HSE managers when evaluating suppliers, and how to communicate product certification and compliance information credibly and compellingly will have a significant advantage in this role. Knowledge of the Indian construction, industrial, or safety sector — even from a previous unrelated job — is genuinely useful context for understanding our B2B customer base.
Quality & Inspection Executive
Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh (on-site) Experience: 2 to 5 years Type: Full time
About the Role
As Quality and Inspection Executive you will be responsible for maintaining the quality standards of every product that enters, is stored in, and leaves the Sahas.com warehouse. In our business, quality is not a back-office function — it is the foundation of our promise to customers that every product we sell is genuine, correctly certified, in perfect condition, and exactly what it claims to be. This role requires a technically minded individual with genuine knowledge of safety equipment standards and a meticulous, process-driven approach to inspection and compliance.
What You Will Do
Conduct thorough incoming inspection of all products received from suppliers and brand partners, verifying that quantities, models, and serial numbers match purchase orders and that every item is in perfect physical condition with all required certification labels, documentation, and manufacturer packaging intact. Verify the certification status of incoming products against relevant standards including EN 361, EN 362, EN 1891, IS 3521, IS 2925, and other applicable standards, ensuring all products in the Sahas.com range meet the certification requirements stated in their product listings. Maintain a comprehensive quality inspection register recording the inspection status of every batch received, any non-conformances identified, and the disposition of non-conforming items. Develop, implement, and maintain quality inspection procedures and checklists for each product category in the Sahas.com range. Manage the quarantine, return, and replacement of any non-conforming products identified during incoming inspection or reported by customers. Conduct periodic spot-check inspections of warehouse stock to identify any products that may have been damaged during storage. Support the sales team with technical product queries related to certification, compliance, and product specifications. Liaise with brand partners and suppliers on quality issues, non-conformances, and certification queries. Stay current with developments in Indian and international safety standards and update internal inspection procedures when standards are revised.
What We Are Looking For
Technical background in mechanical engineering, industrial safety, quality management, or a related discipline — a formal qualification in any of these fields is a strong advantage. Genuine working knowledge of safety equipment standards including IS 3521, EN 361, EN 362, EN 1891, IS 2925, and CE marking requirements — not just awareness of their existence but practical understanding of what they require and how to verify compliance. Experience in quality inspection, product testing, or compliance verification in a manufacturing, industrial supply, or safety equipment context. Meticulous attention to detail — the ability to consistently identify subtle non-conformances in product labeling, documentation, and physical condition across high volumes of incoming stock. Process-driven mindset with the discipline to follow inspection procedures consistently and maintain accurate records without shortcuts. Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 is an advantage. Strong written communication skills for preparing inspection reports and non-conformance documentation in English and Hindi.
What a Technical Background Gives You
Safety equipment inspection is not a generic quality control task — it requires genuine understanding of what certifications mean, what the physical characteristics of a properly manufactured harness or rope look like, and what warning signs indicate a non-conforming or counterfeit product. Candidates with a technical background in safety engineering, mechanical engineering, or prior experience working with certified PPE will be able to contribute meaningfully from day one in this role.
Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator
Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh (on-site) Experience: 2 to 4 years Type: Full time
About the Role
As Operations and Supply Chain Coordinator you will be the operational backbone of Sahas.com, responsible for ensuring that our inventory is accurately managed, our suppliers are effectively coordinated, our orders are efficiently fulfilled, and our logistics operations run smoothly from purchase order to customer delivery. This is a process-driven role that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously in a growing e-commerce and retail environment.
What You Will Do
Manage end-to-end inventory for the Sahas.com warehouse including stock receiving, putaway, cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and management of minimum stock levels for fast-moving products. Coordinate with domestic and international suppliers and brand partners for purchase orders, delivery scheduling, shipping documentation, and invoice processing. Monitor stock levels and generate purchase requisitions to ensure stock availability aligns with sales forecasts and seasonal demand patterns without creating excess inventory. Manage relationships with domestic logistics and courier partners for pan-India order delivery — coordinating pickups, tracking shipments, resolving delivery exceptions, and negotiating service levels and rates. Oversee order fulfillment operations including order picking, packing, quality checking, labeling, and dispatch documentation for both individual e-commerce orders and large institutional bulk orders with GST invoices and delivery challans. Identify and implement process improvements in warehouse layout, picking efficiency, packing standards, and dispatch procedures to improve speed and accuracy as order volumes grow. Maintain accurate records of all inventory movements, purchase orders, and logistics transactions in the company's inventory management system. Coordinate with the sales team on order status, delivery timelines, and stock availability for key institutional accounts. Manage the returns, replacements, and damaged goods processes in coordination with the customer service and quality teams.
What We Are Looking For
Solid working experience in inventory management, supply chain coordination, or logistics operations in a retail, e-commerce, or industrial supply environment. Familiarity with inventory management systems and order management software — experience with any ERP or WMS platform is an advantage. Process-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and the discipline to maintain accurate records and follow established procedures consistently. Experience coordinating with vendors and logistics partners — the ability to build productive working relationships with suppliers and courier companies and hold them accountable for performance is essential. Strong numerical accuracy for stock counting, purchase order reconciliation, and logistics cost tracking. Comfortable working under pressure during peak order periods and maintaining accuracy and efficiency when order volumes are high. Good communication skills in Hindi and English for coordination with vendors, logistics partners, and internal team members.
What a Process-Oriented Mindset Means to Us
In a safety equipment business, operational errors are not just commercial inconveniences — sending the wrong harness size to a construction site or dispatching an incorrect rope specification to a rope access operator can have serious consequences for the end user. We need an Operations Coordinator who understands that accuracy in every stage of the supply chain is a safety issue, not just an operational metric, and who brings the discipline and process orientation to maintain that accuracy consistently under pressure.
Internship Opportunities
We believe that the best way to learn about safety equipment and the adventure sports industry is to be immersed in it — working alongside experienced professionals with real products, real customers, and real challenges. Our internship programme offers students and recent graduates a genuine work experience placement at Sahas.com, not a three-month tea-making exercise.
Each internship position is a structured learning experience with defined responsibilities, a dedicated mentor from the Sahas.com team, and a clear set of learning outcomes agreed at the start of the placement.

Our Work Culture
At Sahas.com, we do not just talk about values — we build them into how we work every day. Our work culture reflects the four values in our name: Spirit of Adventure, Humanity, Audacity, and Survival — applied not just to the equipment we sell but to the organisation we are building.
Safety begins within the organisation. We are in the business of safety — and that means we take the safety and wellbeing of our own team just as seriously as we take the safety of our customers' workers. A physically and psychologically safe workplace is not a perk at Sahas.com — it is a non-negotiable foundation of everything we do. We maintain safe working conditions in our warehouse, support the physical and mental wellbeing of our team, and foster a culture where concerns can be raised honestly without fear.
Discipline creates reliability. Our customers trust us with the safety of their workers and the quality of their adventure experiences. That trust is built and maintained through consistent, disciplined execution — accurate order fulfillment, honest product information, reliable delivery, and meticulous quality inspection every single day without exception. Discipline is not about rigid hierarchy or micromanagement — it is about taking personal ownership of your responsibilities and consistently delivering on them to the standard our customers deserve.
Innovation creates growth. The safety equipment and adventure sports market in India is developing rapidly and the companies that grow with it will be the ones that innovate — in their product range, their customer service, their digital presence, and their operational efficiency. At Sahas.com we actively encourage every team member to identify better ways of doing things, propose new ideas, and contribute to the evolution of our business. Good ideas are acted on, not bureaucratically processed. If you have a better approach, we want to hear it and implement it.
Teamwork creates success. No individual succeeds at Sahas.com at the expense of the team. We share knowledge generously, support each other actively during busy periods, and celebrate team achievements above individual ones. The sales executive who closes a large institutional order depends on the quality inspector who cleared the stock, the operations coordinator who dispatched it on time, and the digital marketer who generated the enquiry in the first place. We understand and respect these interdependencies and build our team culture around them.
A professional, respectful, and growth-focused environment. We maintain a workplace where every team member is treated with respect regardless of their role, seniority, or background. We invest in the professional development of our team through training, mentoring, and exposure to the full breadth of our business. We set clear expectations, give honest feedback, and recognise good performance. We do not tolerate disrespectful behaviour, shortcuts on quality, or compromises on integrity — from anyone at any level.
