PETZL NEST Rescue Stretcher

The PETZL NEST Rescue Litter is engineered for rescue professionals performing technical rope rescue in confined spaces, caves, shafts, and industrial environments. Developed in partnership with the French national caving rescue organization, the litter allows safe evacuation of a casualty in complex vertical and horizontal rescue scenarios.

The litter design allows the victim to be transported horizontally, vertically, or at an angle, making it adaptable to narrow passages, irregular terrain, and vertical rescue systems. An integrated body harness secures the casualty safely during transport, while color-coded straps simplify installation and reduce the risk of incorrect setup during emergency operations.

Durability is enhanced through reinforced handles made with high-modulus polyethylene (HMPE) for better grip and strength. A rigid plastic base provides smooth sliding during ground movement, while removable longitudinal stays and transverse plates reduce bulk during access to confined locations.

FAST LT PLUS automatic buckles allow quick strap adjustment while minimizing the risk of accidental opening, even when used with gloves. The litter also includes comfort foam padding and positioning supports that adapt to different body types, ensuring stability and comfort for the casualty during transport.
